I’m Elise, and since 2021 I’ve had the joy of guiding over 100 clients through career shifts and freelance ventures. Before becoming a coach, I was a country manager at a social-tech start-up in Berlin, where I learned how to turn big visions into actionable steps and gained insider insights from recruiting and leading a growing team. I also hold a Master’s in corporate finance and project management, which helps me support founders with business and finance plans.

But my path here wasn’t linear. After three years in the start-up world, I felt the urge to pause and pursue a dream I had long postponed: traveling solo. I spent six months across South America, mostly hiking in some high mountains. This time off gave me space to listen to the voice that had been whispering for years: to become a coach. After a coaching training, I started working with clients, and since then, I have been helping people create their ideal professional life.

Outside of work, I love hiking in total autonomy in the mountains, which keeps me grounded, mindful, and adaptable: qualities I bring into coaching. I also perform in a colorful performance collective and love to sing on stages, reminding me that work is only one part of life and that careers should align with who we are beyond our job titles.

I grew up in France and have been based in Berlin for 10 years, so I’m happy to help international clients navigate both bureaucracy and cultural hurdles with more ease.
