About me

I’m Elise, a holistic career and founder coach since 2021, having guided over 100 clients through career shifts and freelance ventures. I bring experience as a former country manager and a Master’s in corporate finance, helping clients turn big visions into actionable steps and solid plans (yes, I actually love Excel!).

Outside work, I hike in total autonomy in the mountains and perform with the colorful choir Heart Chor, reminding me that work is only one part of life. I grew up in France and have been based in Berlin for 10 years.
